Took a chance on the closeout for my older Flight pack, and the 18" padding on the large is a perfect fit for my torso. It's surprisingly light at under 6 ounces, so I forget it's even on until I need to sling the load.

Finally got the small size to swap onto my Flight pack and the 15” strap padding hits exactly where it should. The whole thing weighs almost nothing at 5.7 ounces, so I forget it’s even there until I need the extra support.

The padding on this harness is exactly 15 inches on the small, and it hits my shoulders in all the right spots for my Flight pack. At 5.7 ounces, I barely notice it's there until I need the extra support. Snagged it on closeout and it's been a solid upgrade for day hikes.
