Went from a sore neck after long hikes to barely noticing the pack is there. The harness sits well on my shoulders and the two size options made it easy to find the right fit for my frame. Definitely the upgrade my old pack needed.

The sizing options were the selling point for me—I grabbed the Small and it fits my frame snugly without any digging. The updated design feels noticeably more secure on my Zero-G pack, and the shoulder padding distributes weight way better than my old setup.

I’ve had this harness for a few weeks now and the small size adjusts so smoothly that I forget it’s even on during a long hike. The strap placement keeps the weight off my neck completely, which makes a huge difference with my Zero-G pack loaded up.
