I was skeptical something so light (10 grams!) could hold my umbrella steady, but the clip locks onto my pack strap without any bouncing. Both hands stayed free for my poles on a breezy ridge, and the setup takes about five seconds. This is the simplest hiking accessory I've bought in years.

Two rainy backpacking trips in and I'm still impressed at how stable my umbrella stays clipped to the shoulder strap, even in gusty wind. The 10-gram weight is so negligible I forget it's there until I actually need it, and having both hands free for trekking poles makes a huge difference.
